Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Peach Payments
  • Secure EFT (when supported)

All payments are made in South African Rand (ZAR).

When Will I Be Charged?
Your payment will be processed at the time of placing your order.
Once your payment is successful, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email.

Refunds and Reversals
If your order is cancelled or returned, we’ll process your refund to the same payment method used during checkout.
Please allow 2–5 working days for the funds to reflect, depending on your bank.

Extended Manufacturer Warranties
While we offer a 6-month warranty on all items under the Consumer Protection Act, some products may include longer manufacturer warranties (e.g. 12 or 24 months). These will be noted on the relevant product pages, and we will support you in submitting a claim if needed.

Currency
All prices and transactions are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). We do not currently offer multi-currency checkout.
