Shipping Policy

At Daily Discounts, we are committed to delivering your order safely, efficiently, and as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when you can expect to receive your order. Please note that all product prices on our website are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to most major towns and cities across South Africa. If you are unsure whether your address is serviceable, please Contact Us prior to placing your order.
2. Delivery Timeframes
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days, subject to payment and order confirmation before 12h00. Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Major cities and surrounding areas: 3-5 business days.
- Outlying or rural areas: 3-7 business days.
Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 08h00 – 17h00.
Delivery timeframes provided on this website are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, supplier lead times, operational constraints, or unforeseen events. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, we will take reasonable steps to deliver orders within the agreed or advertised timeframe. If we are unable to meet the promised delivery date, the customer will be notified and may elect to accept a revised delivery timeframe or cancel the order for a full refund. We shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delivery delays, provided we have acted reasonably and in good faith.
3. Delivery Charges
We calculate shipping fees at checkout based on delivery location and product type. You will be shown the final delivery charge before you complete your purchase.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details. If you do not receive this, please Contact Us and our support team.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our couriers typically attempt delivery during normal business hours (08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday). If no one is available to receive the order:
1. A second delivery attempt may be scheduled.
2. If the delivery fails again, the parcel may be returned to us. You will be contacted to arrange re-delivery (additional fees may apply).
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items:
1. Notify us within 10 business days of delivery.
2. Refer to our Returns Policy for the process to follow.
7. Split Shipments
In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple deliveries (especially if items are shipped from different suppliers or warehouses). You will be notified if this applies.
8. Collection Option
We currently do not offer a self-collection option. All orders are shipped directly to your chosen address.
